Arsen Samvel Mkrtchyan
Was born in 1973 in Yerevan.
1996
Graduated from the Faculty of International Law of Yerevan "Gladzor" Management University.
2005
Participated in the "Judicial Administration" training program at the "New York State Judicial Institute" in the USA.
2006-2007
Participated in "Administrative justice. "Judge skills" training program (Germany-Armenia).

Participated in the IV multi-faceted training program for English-speaking Civil and Commercial Judges in Germany.
2000 - 2001
Served as an Assistant to the Chairman of the Economic Court of Appeal of the Republic of Armenia.
Since April 2001
Served in the same court as the Head of the Office.
2001 - 2005
Served as the Head of the Office at the RA Economic Court, simultaneously performing the duties of the
Head of the Court's Staff.

Was appointed as the Head of the Court's Staff by order of transfer.
