Was born in 1969 in Yerevan.

Graduated from Yerevan State University, Faculty of History.

Graduated from the Moscow State University of Economics, Statistics and Informatics, Faculty of Law.

Served at the "Construction Installation Department-15" Yerevan Construction Enterprise.

Served as the Chairman of the Council of YSU Youth Union of Armenia.

Served as a Specialist in the of Sports, Physical Culture and Youth Affairs Department under the RA
Government, and then as the Head of the Youth Affairs Department.

Served as the Editor of the RA Supreme Council news center.

Served as an Assistant to the Head of Staff of the RA National Assembly, a Senior Consultant of the Economic Department, and then a Chief Specialist, Acting Head of the Protocol Department
