Hovsep Levon Bedevyan
Was born in 1975 in Nor Kharberd village of Masis Region.
1991 - 1996
Studied at the Yerevan State University, Law Faculty.

Served as a Lawyer in a closed state joint-stock company.
2001 - 2003
Served as an Advocate and was a member of the International Union of Advocates.
2003 - 2008
Served as a Chief Specialist, consultant in the Legal Department of the RA President's Office.
2008 - 2010
Served as a Judge of the RA Administrative Court.

Upon the decree of the RA President was appointed to the position of the Judge of the RA RA Administrative Court of Appeal.
November 9, 2011
Upon the decree of the RA President was appointed to the position of the Chairman of the RA Administrative Court of Appeal.

Served as the Chairman of the Council of Court Presidents, Department and Budget Committee.
