A TWO-DAY SEMINAR DEDICATED TO ACTUAL ISSUES OF THE NEW CRIMINAL AND CRIMINAL PROCEDURE CODES WAS ORGANIZED FOR JUDGES, ASSISTANTS OF JUDGES AND EXPERTS OF THE COURT OF CASSATION
