Naira Gevorg Hovsepyan
Was born in 1966 in Yerevan.
1983–1988 YSU, the Faculty of Law.
1988–1991 postgraduate study at YSU, the specialization “The History of the Armenian State and Law” (off-the-job).
1991-2007
Lecturer at the Faculty of Law of Yerevan State University.
1996
Hovsepyan was appointed a judge of Erebuni District People's Court.
1999
By the decree of the President of the Republic of Armenia Hovsepyan was appointed a judge of the Court of General jurisdiction of Shengavit administrative district.
On July 27, 2022, Hovsepyan was elected a member of the Supreme Judicial Council of the Republic of Armenia by the General Meeting of Judges.
On October 30, 2023, by the decree of the President of the Republic of Armenia ՆՀ-342-Ա Hovsepyan was appointed a judge of the Civil Chamber of the Court of Cassation.
